A 4+ acre estate comprises a sub-tropical woodland garden of terraced lawns with many rare and exotic plants from around the world, a large lily pool with BBQ area and seating, a grotto and two impressive standing stones. Within the wild valley there is mature woodland with wildlife ponds, a stream and waterfalls. In an elevated but sheltered position, both properties have glorious views over the surrounding countryside and from the The Little Barn, the sea beyond. Not surprisingly this is a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Set apart and unseen from each other, private and secluded, a haven of tranquility behind high gates and thick hedges, they offer a rare opportunity to experience a peaceful retreat in which to relax and unwind from the cares of the modern-day world. A wildlife haven, the garden was created by the owner, a local artist, who lives in a nearby property and encourages guests to explore and enjoy its many delights.

A nice homely place to stay, wonderful views and very quiet in beautiful countryside. We explored the St Michaels Way, Tinners Way walks and the coastal paths and had a very good time for a fortnight. In one of the wettest summers ever, it was remarkably dry and sunny.
